Thisrole requires strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize financialprocesses, oversee audits, and drive financial strategy in collaboration withsenior management. KeyResponsibilities Lead and manage finance personnel,providing guidance and training. Prepare and review financial reports,including monthly statements and summaries. Oversee contract management, debtobligations, and compliance with financial policies. Coordinate annual audits and liaisewith external auditors. Manage project accounting, grants, andintergovernmental financial applications. Supervise cash flow, ensuring fundsare available for contractual obligations. Develop and implement financialpolicies, procurement processes, and RFP/RFQ documentation. Collaborate with leadership on budgetplanning and financial forecasting.
