Responsabilidades del Lder de Equipo:
- Participar operativamente en las actividades del da a da en un restaurante de alto volumen y ritmo rpido
- Ofrecer una respuesta inmediata y respetuosa a las necesidades de los huspedes
- Ayudar en la capacitacin de los nuevos empleados, establecer el tono para un cambio y actuar como un modelo a seguir para nuestro equipo
- S un jugador de equipo amigable y alentador
- Apertura y/o cierre, turnos de plomo, llavero
- Contar cajones y finalizar el da
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin, tanto escritas como orales
Requisitos y requisitos:
- Sonrer
- Crear y mantener el contacto visual
- Habla con entusiasmo
- Establecer conexiones intencionadas con los huspedes
- Transporte confiable
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rpido
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales con el deseo de servir a los miembros del equipo
- Fuerte compromiso con un servicio al cliente superior
- Capacidad para gestionar los problemas de comportamiento y rendimiento de los miembros del equipo
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo con propiedad y responsabilidad compartida
- No se requiere experiencia previa como lder de turno, lder de equipo, supervisor, lder de equipo, gerente de restaurante, asistente de gerente de restaurante, pero se prefiere.
