Senior Accountant

We are hiring for one of our trusted clients seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant with manufacturing industry experience to support finance operations and drive accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, supporting month-end close processes, analyzing business performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices, ACH payments, and related ERP transactions Enter customer payments, manage collections, issue credits, and distribute invoices Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage online banking activities Record depreciation, track asset additions/disposals, and support inventory accounting Prepare financial statements, maintain audit schedules, and support month-end/year-end close Conduct financial analysis and assist with budgeting and rolling forecasts Support tax reporting and compliance activities with external partners Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting and operational support Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of: Financial statement preparation; Cost accounting and manufacturing processes; ERP systems; Advanced Microsoft Excel functions CPA or CMA preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills, including collaboration with international teams Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement Let’s connect if you have experience in manufacturing accounting and are interested in learning more about this opportunity.
