About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will own the entire customer journey, from initial contact through to closing the deal. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our insurance products, and guiding them through the decision-making process. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage your pipeline effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and video calls to introduce Greg Hatchett Farmers' insurance products and services.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport through clear and consistent communication.

• Present proposals and explain policy details in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product presentation, negotiation, and closing sales.

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively serve clients.

• Ability to build instant rapport and establish trust over phone and video calls.

• Skill in delivering concise and persuasive pitches.

• Proficiency in handling objections gracefully and effectively.

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline from beginning to end.

• Must obtain Property and Casualty Insurance licensing.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 annually , plus commission opportunities based on performance. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.

Work Arrangement

This is an onsite position , providing a structured environment for collaboration and support.
