To optimize revenue and streamline public-sector proposal processes, the full-time remote Senior Director of Sales Operations will bridge the gap between sales strategy and operational execution while leading analytics, pipeline management, and operational planning initiatives. Key responsibilities Defining and delivering sales metrics and analytics to internal stakeholders in collaboration with the business intelligence team Leading operational planning for the AMS Sales organization, including quota assignment and territory creation Driving monthly pipeline reviews to identify gaps in the sales process and create action plans for improvement Required qualifications 12+ years of related work experience within sales operations or a similar role Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Demonstrated experience in overlay sales operations and managing cross-functional sales teams Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and problem-solving Experience in customer service orientation and analytics
