Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and community outreach. Create and coordinate marketing content for websites, email communications, social media, and other digital and print channels. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and maintain a consistent voice across all channels. Maintain and update website content, including service line pages, provider directories, and campaign landing pages. Draft, capture, and schedule engaging social media content, providing support and guidance to internal departments. Monitor and manage online community engagement, reputation management, and social media moderation activities. Coordinate marketing projects from intake to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Administer and maintain the department's project management platform, managing timelines, trackers, and workflow processes. Triage and coordinate incoming requests through shared marketing inbox and intake systems. Schedule and coordinate marketing-related meetings, ensuring timely reviews, approvals, and deliverables. Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and version control systems. Assist with planning and executing marketing and community events, coordinating logistics and on-site support. Support presentations, campaign updates, and communications for leadership and stakeholders. Track campaign placements, deliverables, invoices, and production schedules. Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks. Monitor and track campaign performance, project progress, and key marketing metrics. Assist with reporting, data collection, and analysis, providing budgeting support including processing invoices and budget reconciliation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities. Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and website management. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar), project management platforms (e.g., Asana), content management systems, and marketing analytics tools. Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
