Senior AI Product Manager

Senior AI Product Manager Location: Onsite – you will primarily work from an HPE office. Responsibilities Define the vision for AI‑driven initiatives and set long‑term AI strategy. Make build‑vs‑buy decisions and develop a product roadmap. Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to guide model development, evaluate algorithms, and ensure technical feasibility. Define training data requirements, set model performance benchmarks, and monitor data quality, bias, and accuracy. Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization and data acquisition through deployment, testing, and continuous iteration based on user feedback. Act as the bridge between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex technical limitations into business impacts. Lead and drive the end‑to‑end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more products. Define value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring innovative products to market. Synthesize market requirements into marketing/customer details and advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across all lifecycle phases. Create and drive goal alignment and collaborate across product value‑chain partners to optimize margins and enable product success. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 8+ years in a related field, with deep technical understanding of relevant industry. Skills: Expert cross‑functional leadership, mentoring, and influence; cost‑efficient solution building; financial performance metric creation; root‑cause analysis; ability to provide product‑specific technical training.
