On the corrective actions processSupport the analysis of hourly turnoverSupport the deployment and management of rewards and recognition processesAid the definition of internal marketing and communication campaignSupport Labor related processesSupport new hire onboardingPerform On The Job Training and Skills Matrix auditsTrack the compliance of Talent Management processes (IDP, Performance Mgmt, Goal Definition, Talent Review)Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or a related field OR bachelor's degree obtainedProficiency in Microsoft SuiteExperience with HRIS or similar systems preferredData analysis experience preferredCritical thinking required
