Account Specialist

Job Title: Accounting & Finance Specialist Location: Atalanta, GA Employment Type: Full-time (on-site) About the job We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Specialist to support the day-to-day financial operations of VisionNav® Robotics U.S business. This role will handle accounting, payment and billing activities, account reconciliation, tax-related matters, and financial record maintenance, while also supporting the improvement of internal financial systems and processes. The position requires frequent cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external accounting and tax-related parties. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field. 1+ years of industrial experience in accounting, finance or related roles. Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks is a must), ERP systems and MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills. Experience supporting cross-functional financial processes involving multiple departments. Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI tools or automation tools used to improve financial and administrative efficiency. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, taxation and financial reporting standards. Hands-on experience with ERP, accounting, or financial management systems. Familiarity with U.S. tax compliance, tax filings, or working with external tax and accounting service providers. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial record maintenance. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, payments, collections, and related documentation. Process employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and other cash and payment-related transactions. Prepare and maintain financial reports, billing records, and support documentation. Support tax-related matters, including document preparation, compliance activities, and coordination with external tax or accounting service providers. Maintain and improve internal accounting and financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with internal departments to support purchasing, payments, budgeting, billing, and other finance-related activities.
