Bilingual (English & Spanish) - strong written and verbal communication in both languages. Self-starter with discipline and a track record of following through. Comfortable using or learning CRM tools and quoting systems Open to coaching and feedback to accelerate growth. Must complete required insurance licensing (company covers pre-licensing coursework).
