SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers!

Looking for a caregiving position with a schedule that works for you? We have day, evening, and overnight shifts available , giving you options to choose the hours that best fit your availability.

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

As a Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and meaningful interaction

• Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

• Meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Transportation and errands

• Other non-medical support based on the client's individual needs

We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent care . You should be comfortable working independently in clients' homes and communicating with clients, office staff, and other members of the care team.

Whether you're an early riser, prefer afternoons and evenings, or enjoy overnight work , we have several shift options available.

6AM–2PM | 7AM–3PM | 2PM–10PM | 3PM–11PM | 10PM–6AM | 11PM–7AM
