Unique Hybrid CRNA Opportunity| OB and MOR

Overview Join our CRNA Team for a hybrid position with competitive pay and a $50,000 start‑date bonus. This is a full‑time W2 role based at Banner Medical Center locations in Phoenix, Phoenix (US), and Glendale. The position offers a starting base compensation of $280,000, premium pay for extra shifts, and a $50,000 start‑date bonus. Responsibilities OB Shifts – Banner University Medical Center Phoenix: 12‑hour shifts (12 or 24 hours available) six times a month, Monday‑Sunday, with flexible shift structure. Call coverage required nights, weekends, and holidays in‑house. Placement and management of neuraxial blocks (epidural and spinal) and ultrasound‑guided peripheral blocks (TAP) as indicated. Main OR Shifts – Banner Estrella Medical Center or Banner Thunderbird Medical Center: two 10‑hour weekday shifts per week with no weekends or overnight call. Provide anesthesia care for surgical procedures in General Surgery, Bariatrics, Gynecology, Urology, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Spine.
