At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Whether you’re experienced in pediatrics or exploring home health for the first time, our team is committed to helping you succeed with strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, and dedicated caseload assistance.
Competitive Pay- Earn $84–$118 per hour
- Rates based on location, experience, and employment type

Position OverviewIn this role, you will:
- Provide pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
- Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain communication regarding patient updates, progress, and care needs
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
- Customizable schedules with 8–25 visits per week

- $250 annual CEU reimbursement
- $100 toy/equipment reimbursement

- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT/DPT)
- CPR certification
- AHCCCS ID
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
