Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent – Remote, USA This role focuses on delivering exceptional insurance support to our customers from your home. The position is open to licensed agents in 36 preferred U.S. states; we do not hire from Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, or outside the U.S. Responsibilities Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers. Provide quick, compassionate answers and consult on products. Answer all incoming communications from customers. Research and provide solutions to customer issues. Upsell products or services as appropriate. Participate in webcam‑based training and coaching sessions. Contribute to the overall success of the customer experience and team. Qualifications Active Property and Casualty License. Minimum six months of customer service experience. Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it while protecting privacy. Computer proficiency and high‑speed internet (>25 Mbps). USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not permitted). Smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log‑in.
