Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We focus on a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school age, encompassing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral disorders. It is crucial that our counselors possess the ability to engage with students from various cultural backgrounds and tailor their approaches to meet each individual’s needs.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, while a Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling or related field.

  • Proven expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, demonstrating effective strategies in counseling interventions for children and adolescents.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating a nurturing atmosphere both virtually and in-person.

  • Competitive annual salary ranging between USD 60,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
