Dental Front Desk Associate – Dental Bliss

Location: Franklin, TN.
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent.
Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Front Desk Associate who loves working with people and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.

As one of the first faces our patients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping our schedules running smoothly, and ensuring every patient receives the outstanding care and attention they deserve.

If you have dental front office experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to meet you!

• Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude and provide an outstanding check-in and check-out experience.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and make outbound calls as needed.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to maintain an efficient and productive schedule.
• Assist in managing both doctor and hygiene schedules, minimizing openings and maximizing patient flow.
• Work closely with the Treatment Coordinator and clinical team to ensure seamless patient communication and care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and account transactions.
• Coordinate patient referrals and follow established office scheduling procedures.
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office.
• Monitor and order administrative and office supplies as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• A positive, dependable attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.
• A professional, friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail.
