Compensation ~ Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, impacted by various factors including physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity. Benefits Eligible employees will receive 100% employer-paid tuition expenses towards a master's degree from Hofstra University. Those attending another university will receive $5,000 annually in reimbursement toward qualified tuition expenses.
