Clinical Director & ITM Lead, Youth Residential Treatment

The Kaplan House (Manhattan) provides therapeutic and support services to adolescents aged 17-21 who enter through ACS and Juvenile Justice. The Clinical Director will guide clinical staff, ensure high-quality treatment planning, and maintain documentation and regulatory standards as a senior member of the residential management team. Key duties include supervision, staff training, potential caseload, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen ITM(DBT) implementation and #J-18808-Ljbffr Jewish Board
