Retail ManagerAramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Retail Manager to join their team at Baylor Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX. The Retail Manager is responsible for operations of an assigned retail location. The Retail Manager must ensure efficient operations of their store in line with Aramark's policies, procedures, and client contract. The Retail Manager coordinates the store's guest services so that the 16 staff members and guests experience a positive impression of the facility. Responsibility for overall store merchandising, product inventory, purchasing, and other needs to fulfill operations.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for many of the non-selling aspects of the retail operation including inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing and distributionWork with HR department to hire staff, ensure accurate staffing for events or store, and stay within payroll budgetEnsure development and training of customer service programs and product knowledgeEnsure accurate procedures for opening and closing the store, including accountability of cash and credit cards, and security requirementsAddress and resolve any customer issuesVerify accountability report of financial transactions to include sales and transfers of merchandise to and from the storesPeriodically check and verify the accurate ticketing of merchandiseLead periodic physical inventories as well as potential count discrepanciesMaintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually helpful business relationshipsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.QualificationsRequires 2-4 years of experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills acquiredRequires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in business or another related fieldFamiliar with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales systemsAbility to work a flexible, event-based schedule that includes some evenings and weekendsStrong organizational skillsProfit and loss (P&L) accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferredAbility to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service mode
