Concierge/Receptionist

We have an opening for every other Saturday and Sunday, from 8 am - 3pm. The Concierge is responsible for coordinating personal services for all residents, family members, visitors, and the general public. Services include, but are not limited to, reservations, greeting visitors, and directing residents and family members to the proper personnel for follow-through requests. The individual works with other members of the Department/Buildings in meeting goals and objectives in support of the Geer Corporation mission "to console, treat, heal, strengthen and refresh bodies, hearts, minds and spirits of those whom we serve." To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function successfully.

1. Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel or resident.
2. Acknowledge and greet all residents and visitors in a timely manner and respond to questions regarding services, building issues and events.
3. Be knowledgeable of and carry out building safety procedures.
4. General administrative and clerical support.
5. Type memos, notices, calendars, menus and post or distribute as required.
6. Assist with package deliveries.
7. Maintain staff meal ticket program.
