These values guide how we serve our customers, support our teammates, and grow together./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliOversee the handling of customer belongings throughout the restoration process, from initial pack-out to final return/liliAssist with transporting items between job sites and the warehouse, ensuring proper care at all times/liliPerform physical tasks involving lifting, carrying, and positioning materials in a safe and efficient manner/liliWrap, protect, and organize contents based on job requirements and customer expectations/liliTake apart and rebuild furniture when needed during moves and restoration work/liliSupport emergency response efforts, including water mitigation, drying, and site stabilization/liliSet up and break down drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers/liliRemove damaged structural materials and assist with tear-out and cleanup following a loss/liliCommunicate directly with customers on-site to provide updates and address questions/liliSafely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, as part of daily responsibilities/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliValid drivers license and satisfactory driving record./liliAbility to receive DOT certification/liliAbility to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces./liliAbility to lift 60 lbs./li/ulh3Hours/h3pFull-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:15 am to 4:30pm, Optional Overtime included./pulliParticipate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule./li/ulh3Pay/h3p$23.00-26.00 per hour Bonus Opportunities/ph3Benefits Include/h3ulliWeekly Bonus opportunities/liliPTO/liliHoliday Pay/liliHealthcare/liliDental Vision Insurance/liliGenerous 401k Program with company match/liliReferral Program/liliTenure Program/li/ulpSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
