Join the dynamic team at MIKES RIDGE TERRACE PUB & GRILL LLC as a Cook! We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are eager to create delicious meals for our valued customers. Must Be able to work Friday-Sunday. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to perfection, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development to enhance guest experience.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for cooking and creativity in the kitchen.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
