Job Description Job Description ```Duties:``` - Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients - Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop and implement individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or authorized prescribers - Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care - Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques - Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records ```Qualifications:``` - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Alabama - Experience with gastric lavage, neonatal ventilators, pediatrics, hospice palliative medicine, and senior care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
