RN - PRN - night shift required

McKee Foods is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health Services (EHS) team. Job Summary In this role, you will provide high-quality healthcare services to our employees, promoting wellness and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. The RN will respond to medical emergencies, perform post‑offer physical examinations, provide case management, assess for return to work, manage the medical aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims, and assist in health-related programs. Pay & Schedule Pay: $37.26 - $43.47 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule: The candidate hired must be able to pick up all three shifts and can expect to work to cover full‑time employee PTO and special projects. The exact number of hours per week will vary. Location 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale TN 37315 (On‑site). Responsibilities Respond to medical emergencies. Perform post‑offer physical examinations. Provide case management. Assess for return to work. Manage medical aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims. Assist in health‑related programs. Manage Workers’ Compensation case management. Work as liaison with the safety department. Administer drug/alcohol tests as necessary. Conduct pre‑employment physicals and drug screens. Coordinate and participate in various health and wellness programs. Secure medical files and maintain HIPAA compliance. Provide first aid treatment. Qualifications Minimum of two years nursing experience. Current Tennessee RN license. CPR certified. Strong organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Effective communication skills. Customer service oriented. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle frequent interruptions. Computer proficiency.
