Enjoy a 12-hour shift rotation (days/nights) with minimal weekends and no overnight call Competitive hourly pay rate of $215.00, with weekly direct deposit payments Contract duration from April 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027, with potential for extension Work at a top-rated facility known for its quality emergency care Start date scheduled once onboarding is complete; immediate onboarding available after approval Quick Facts Location: Twentynine Palms, CA Start Date: 04/01/2026 End Date: 11/30/2027 Shift: 12-hour rotating days/nights (including two 30-minute unpaid meal breaks) Hours/Week: Approximately 36 hours per week Employment Type: Contract (W-2 or 1099) Licenses/Certifications: MD or DO, active unrestricted license, ABEM or AOBEM board-certified, ACLS, PALS Experience: Minimum 2 years in emergency medicine, including trauma, teaching, and academic experience Pay & Benefits Pay package: $215.00/hr (all-inclusive) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements when applicable Paid sick leave per state/federal guidelines 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide emergency medical care in a busy trauma center setting Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emergency conditions, including trauma, vascular, urology, GI cases, and more Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care Educate and supervise resident physicians and interns Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to facility protocols Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements What You Need Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school Active license to practice medicine in California Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) Minimum of 2 years of recent full-time emergency medicine experience, including trauma Current ACLS and PALS certifications Proven experience in academic emergency medicine and trauma care preferred About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Twentynine Palms, California, offering a dynamic emergency medicine environment with a dedicated team committed to excellence.
