Sun Door and Trim, Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona is currently hiring for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. This full-time inventory control position works Monday Thursday, 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM and 6:45 AM to 1:45 PM on Friday with overtime required . You can expect to earn a top-notch wage of $20.00 - $25.00/hour based on experience.

REQUIREMENTS

In this Shipping and Receiving Clerk position, much of your time is spent ensuring that the correct inventory is received, checked for damage, and put in stock, so we can better serve the needs of our clients by providing efficient and quality service. We rely on you to keep inventory accurate and up-to-date in the computer so products are easily accessible and ready to be used at our job sites. You strive to keep open lines of communication with leadership, the Purchasing Department, and delivery drivers to ensure calls and deliveries are efficiently coordinated.

In addition to ensuring our operational success, you help with safely loading and unloading all inbound and outbound freight, maintaining current vehicle and forklift maintenance logs, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained. When needed, you coordinate repairs. At the end of the day, you take pride in your role in our warehouse, and enjoy seeing things run smoothly in a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Previous warehouse/inventory shipping and receiving experience
• Previous forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse racking experience
• Foundational computer skills
• Proficient math skills
• Current driver's license
• Physically able to lift 75 pounds, be on your feet, and work in variable temperatures
• Ability to perform as a backup delivery driver
