The Senior Full Stack Cloud & Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and AWS-based services. This role supports complex mission-critical systems and requires the ability to translate business processes into effective technical solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop full stack applications using React and Node.js
- Build and maintain cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Kinesis)
- Develop and optimize SQL-based data solutions and analytics capabilities
- Analyze complex business processes and align system functionality to mission needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and technical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with React development
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Node.js development
- Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Kinesis)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL and data analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently research and resolve issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to new technologies
- Experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and related libraries
- Experience with Agile and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, CloudBees, React Testing Library, Jest)
- Experience with relational databases and DynamoDB
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Preference for candidates with active or recent ICE or CBP clearance
