Overview
Registered Nurse - PACU travel assignment in Clarkston, Washington. Start date 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,413 to $2,582. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 10-hour days. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home (Long-Term Care). This assignment requires strong preprocessing, PACU and Phase II recovery skills, with the ability to float to outpatient services as needed and participate in a shared on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in PACU and Phase II recovery, including post-anesthesia monitoring and education.
- Assess patients perioperatively, identify potential complications, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Float to the Outpatient Services area as needed (Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, PACU, Pre-operative Clinic) and support perioperative procedures including conscious sedation for special procedures.
- Collaborate with anesthesia, surgeons, and other perioperative staff to ensure safe patient transitions and handoffs.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the patient record; communicate changes to the team promptly.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain as applicable)
- Minimum of two years of SSSU/PACU/PRE/POST experience; PACU and Phase II skills required
- Strong perioperative assessment skills and ability to recognize post-anesthesia and postoperative complications
- Ability to float to Outpatient Services areas and support perioperative care across multiple sites
- Graduate of an approved nursing program; current RN license in good standing
- Availability for 10-hour shifts with shared on-call rotation
