Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to patients in accordance with individualized diets and preferences
Maintain accurate records of patient food intake and tray inventory
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special diets and meal programs
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers
