DESCRIPTION:

A prestigious, premium workplace community is seeking a polished Membership Concierge, preferably with a luxury events background, to deliver an elevated membership experience. This role is a premier opportunity for a hospitality professional with a luxury hotel, fine dining, or premium event background who is looking to transition out of late nights, weekends, and irregular shift schedules into an exciting, refined corporate hospitality environment with a M-F work week. As one of the primary faces of the property, this role creates a welcoming, sophisticated environment while supporting our vibrant member community, high-profile events, and daily operations.

Core Responsibilities —

• Delivers exceptional, luxury-grade hospitality and communication across every interaction with members, VIP guests, vendors, and prospects.
• Serves as the welcoming front desk ambassador, managing seamless arrival experiences and elevated reception protocols.
• Oversees meeting room, private suite, and conference space bookings, ensuring flawless setup for high-level corporate meetings and private events.
• Plays a hands-on role in the coordination, setup, execution, and breakdown of member networking functions, bespoke panel series, and private external events.
• Assists with new member onboarding, integrating executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives into the community.
• Manages incoming mail, package distribution, and administrative notifications with complete accuracy and discretion.
• Maintains immaculate presentation standards across all member lounges, event spaces, and common areas.
• Orders, stocks, and organizes all office, food and beverage, and event hospitality supplies.
• Provides operational and event coverage across regional portfolio locations as business needs require.

Operational Involvement —

The Membership Concierge anchors the daily property environment and event logistics by:

• Collaborating closely with the Community and Event Management teams to execute seamless daily programming.
• Proactively anticipating member and event host needs before they arise during fast-paced gatherings.
• Identifying opportunities to elevate the member journey and communicating continuous improvement feedback to leadership.
• Acting as a true brand ambassador, consistently embodying luxury service standards, discretion, and warmth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, fine dining, high-end events, or premium customer service environments.
• Strong background in event coordination or supporting elevated hospitality operations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) and comfort learning workplace management or CRM software.
• Ability to travel to local portfolio locations when staffing support is needed.
• Passion for community-building, design, luxury service, and networking events.
