Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical playback issues, subscription billing, and application navigation for Swedish -speaking customers.
• Guide users through personalized content discovery to enhance their overall engagement with the streaming platform.
• Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and resolution steps within the CRM system .
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify emerging trends in streaming platform usage and feedback.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the premium quality and innovative spirit of our streaming partner.
• Adhere to security and privacy guidelines to protect user streaming account data.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to one of our Swedish-speaking jobs.
• Strong passion for streaming technology and digital content consumption.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to customer support.
