Senior Quality Systems Specialist

Senior Quality Systems Specialist at Stryker in Redmond, Washington, responsible for overseeing nonconformance and corrective action processes, leading problem-solving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee nonconformance and CAPA processes for compliance and effectiveness
- Review and approve nonconformances and CAPAs for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate investigations and root cause analysis
- Coach teams on problem-solving methodologies including 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams
- Monitor and report key performance indicators for quality and business review forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing environment or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, project management, and influencing capabilities
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environment
Compensation: $83,400 - $139,000 USD annual
