Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2522.20 Opportunity: RN - Med Surg / Telemetry Job Details: • Rotating shifts required with every other weekend and holiday coverage • Acute care setting • Trauma Level 1 facility • Patient ratios typically 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights • May float to alike Med Surg and Telemetry units within the facility • Utilize nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide individualized patient care • Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues including physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate care • Coordinate and manage care for patients including those with complex needs • Perform age-related patient assessments and nursing interventions • Responsible for patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions • Promote a safe environment for patients, families, staff, residents, and visitors • Effectively delegate and supervise based on state practice act • Dress code: Navy Blue scrubs • Charting system: EPIC • BSN not required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS Facility: This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center providing comprehensive acute care services across multiple units including Med Surg and Telemetry.
