Assembly TechnicianWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling small solenoid valves through repetitive, precision-based tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in consistency, quality, and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Assemble small solenoid valve components according to standard operating proceduresPerform repetitive assembly tasks with speed and precision throughout shiftInspect completed units for quality and consistency before moving to next stageMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstationMeet daily production and quality targetsReport any equipment issues or defects to a supervisor promptlyFollow all safety protocols and PPE requirementsRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify employment verificationBilingual (English/Spanish) required for effective communication with team members and supervisorsAbility to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and hand-eye coordinationAbility to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 lbsReliable attendance and punctualityPrior assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required—training providedSchedule & Compensation:Full-Time, Monday–Friday6:30 AM – 3:00 PM$16.00/hour
