ChemStation of Louisiana, located in Hammond, LA, is looking to train a full time Outside Sales Representative in the Lafayette, Louisiana area.

Our goal at ChemStation is to serve the needs of companies looking for effective solutions to their cleaning and sanitation challenges. We aim to find customer prospects, introduce ChemStation to them, to be helpful as a sales consultant, to find the best product to fit our customers’ needs, and to provide continual service and growth as our customers’ needs change. At ChemStation, we have a unique system. We have a niche in the market that will eliminate most of the competition.

Base Salary, mileage reimbursement, plus up to 30% commissions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

 

What we are looking for:

· 2-years of experience calling on medium to large accounts; you will be prospecting, cold calling

· Self-motivated to find new business accounts

· Great phone skills and strong verbal communication, exceptional listening abilities and above average problem-solving skills

· Some computer skills required: MS Office, Excel

· Customer service mindset with some mechanical skills helpful

· Ability to not just meet sales goals, but to constantly surpass them

· Willingness to learn products, procedures and equipment

· Reliable vehicle because this job is for Road Warriors who thrive being a “Sales Hunter”
