Pay: $20–$35/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to support travel-related projects by providing expert guidance on travel planning, customer service, booking processes, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with travel planning and itinerary development.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
Review and improve travel booking processes and communication.
Develop travel scenarios and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques.
Collaborate with project teams and provide clear, accurate documentation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a related travel consultancy role.
