- Platform & Configuration Management: Administer and maintain the SFMC platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, access, and reliability.
- Automation: Guide and support business users in the creation, execution, and optimization of single/omni-channel journey orchestration.
- Data Management: Manage and segment customer data for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of SFMC with other systems and platforms, including CRM, DAM, and CMS.
- Support: Provide technical support and training to marketing and corporate communications teams, addressing any platform-related issues or inquiries and participate in on-call rotation schedule.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SFMC features and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve platform utilization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HTML Template Customization, CSS, and AMPscript.
- Experience with SQL and data management.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with MuleSoft/Azure API framework is desired but not required.
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication are a must to succeed in this role.
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable but not required.
