We're Hiring! Shelter & Housing Services Manager
Martin's House & Barn (emergency shelter, food pantry, and thrift shop & furniture barn) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Shelter & Housing Services Manager to lead our shelter, housing, and supportive services programs in rural Ridgely, MD.

This role is responsible for overseeing shelter operations, supervising shelter and case management staff, coordinating housing-focused services, including Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), and Housing Search Services, and helping create a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed environment for guests and staff alike.
We are looking for someone who combines strong leadership and organizational skills with a commitment to dignity, accountability, and compassionate service.
Salary: $52,000–$56,000 DOE + Generous Benefits
Ideal candidates will have experience in shelter operations, homelessness services, housing programs, behavioral health, human services, or a related field, and supervisory experience and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care.
BA degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field desirable.
