Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, degree in physical therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent), at least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or related setting, and eligibility to practice in New Hampshire
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), familiarity with patient care protocols in SNF environments, and certification in specialized therapy methods (if applicable)
• Additional Information: This role involves delivering patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
