Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Delivery Associate to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to our customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us build strong client relationships while maintaining compliance with all safety and transportation regulations. Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles, such as vans, to deliver products to retail stores and clients across designated routes
Plan efficient delivery routes using organizational skills and route driving knowledge to optimize time
Load and unload merchandise, practicing safe lifting techniques and heavy lifting practices to prevent injury
Communicate effectively with clients upon delivery, addressing questions or concerns professionally and building positive relationships
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for safe driving

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
Ability to lift up to 50 pound packages safely while adhering to safe lifting practices
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and delivery documentation effectively
