Staff Clinician I

Direct hire, part-time, benefit eligible.

Schedule:

• 24 hours/week
• Day shift | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Bonuses:

• Eligible for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Eligible for up to a $5,000 relocation bonus

Position Summary

The Staff Clinician I utilizes therapeutic skills to assess psychosocial functioning and provide targeted intervention strategies to support patient wellness. This includes delivering individual, group, marital, and/or family therapy. The clinician also actively participates in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contributes to educational seminars and in-service training as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling field

Licensure/Certification:

• Temporary, Associate, or Full Licensure/Certification required at time of hire
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required within 60 days of employment
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of employment

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in the healthcare or social service field
• Psychiatric hospital experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently; up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
