$220K-$260K base salary with competitive equity

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the integration ecosystem and serve as a technical bridge between customers and product engineering.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building and working closely with users. You'll spend time solving real customer problems, shipping production-ready integrations, debugging technical issues, and turning customer feedback into scalable product improvements.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining integrations across AI and developer tooling ecosystems
• Creating production-quality solutions rather than one-off demos
• Working directly with customers to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Developing reusable implementation playbooks and reference architectures
• Owning integrations and deployment workflows end-to-end
• Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
• Launching technical demos and customer-facing solutions that showcase product capabilities

What We're Looking For
Essential

• 3-8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience
• Experience shipping production-grade integrations and APIs
• Full-stack capabilities with a backend focus
• Experience working directly with technical customers or developers
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, agent frameworks, or AI tooling
• API platform or developer tooling experience
• Public GitHub contributions, technical content, or open-source involvement
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Vercel)
• Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Developer Relations, or Platform Engineering background
