Construction Services Manager - Tennessee

A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) is an employee‑owned A/E firm headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. We are hiring a Construction Services Manager to expand our CEI operations into Tennessee. Responsibilities Grow the client base in Tennessee. Support field staff. Engage in regular client and potential client interactions. Prepare proposals and oral presentations. Participate in strategic planning. Perform firm leadership activities and responsibilities. Qualifications Previous experience in CEI Management with TDOT and other Tennessee local government agencies. Previous experience with construction project management at the field level and at management level. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in TN, or eligibility for TN PE licensure through reciprocity, or the ability to provide information regarding your capacity to test for TN licensure. BSCE degree from an accredited higher education college or university is preferred. Geographic area of responsibility will be Tennessee.
