Job Description
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and payroll functions of the company. This position manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, biweekly payroll processing, job costing, QuickBooks accuracy, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The Accounting Coordinator works closely with management, field and office departments, customers, and the company’s accounting resources to ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and properly maintained.
This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and takes ownership of completing tasks accurately and on time.
