Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-shop education and hands-on training for new hires and existing team members
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to elevate styling techniques and uphold Drybar’s quality standards
• Facilitate ongoing learning sessions to reinforce best practices and introduce new tools, products, and techniques

???? Onboarding & Brand Immersion

• Lead technical onboarding for new stylists, including orientation, brand values, and service protocols

• Model exceptional blowout execution and client service during active shifts

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ year of proven experience as a hairstylist, educator/trainer, in a salon, spa, or barbershop environment

• Holds a current Virginia Cosmetology / Hairstylist license
