Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will support our sales operations by assisting in the promotion and sale of our products to customers. You will work closely with the sales team to help manage client relationships, process orders, and ensure a smooth sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Help prepare sales reports and track sales performance metrics regularly.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
