Director of Project Services

Your Job DEPCOM Power is seeking a Director of Project Services to provide leadership for capabilities that support our Projects business and Project Delivery organization. This role will focus on enabling effective project execution through project controls, scheduling, performance engineering, operations advisory services, operations technology, and project data. This position is in Scottsdale, AZ and not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. What You Will Do Lead and strengthen project-delivery capabilities that support successful execution across DEPCOM Power's Projects business Provide leadership for Project Controls, Scheduling, Performance Engineering, and Operations Advisory teams Ensure these capabilities effectively support project teams and evolving business needs Advance the use of operations technology, project data, and connected workflows to improve project visibility and decision-making Support effective management of project cost, schedule, and performance Identify opportunities to improve how project-services capabilities work together to support project delivery and broader DEPCOM Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience with project cost and schedule management, controls, or performance Experience supporting project delivery within a construction business Experience leading teams and/or organizational capabilities What Will Put You Ahead Experience in solar and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Experience using AI tools for efficiency.
