The Ideal Candidate For A General Manager Should Meet The Following Criteria McDonald’s managerial experience, or other quick service restaurant equivalent. Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a major plus. Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.
