This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.Key Responsibilities:Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products and services in a high-traffic retail locationExecute sales strategies to attract new customers and grow market shareEducate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and premium TV packagesDeliver personalized service while building trust and long-term relationshipsMaintain compliance and uphold both the retailer's and partner brands' standardsConsistently meet or exceed sales goalsRetail Sales Associate QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environmentAbility to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shiftGoal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targetsBasic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as neededNew to retail sales?
