You'll Be Responsible For: Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitoring residents for changes in condition Performing nursing assessments Assisting with wound care and treatments Collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintaining accurate electronic documentation Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Current Tennessee LPN License (Required) CPR Certification (Preferred) Excellent communication and clinical skills Compassionate and dependable Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply!
